Insurance:
At Dental Clinique, we feel it is important to educate our patients regarding what they may expect from us and what we may expect from them in providing dental care.
Our primary role to provide excellent dental care and our relationship is meant to be with our patients directly. As a courtesy, we may submit your insurance claim for the care you receive from our practice. Your relationship with Dental Clinique is for oral healthcare and your relationship with your insurance carrier and what they may or may not cover is between you and your insurance carrier or your benefit administrator, not Dental Clinique. All charges incurred for care provided by Dental Clinique are ultimately the responsibility of the patient.
What we can and will do for our patients is to be sure they are educated regarding their options for the treatment they may receive and the fees involved. We may submit their insurance claims for them and assist them with any follow up they may need, however the bill is still their responsibility. We offer a variety of financial arrangements that we hope will meet the budgets of both our patients, as well as those of Dental Clinique.

Financial Options: 


- All co-pays/co-insurance payments are due at each appointment as dictated by your insurance carrier.
- 10% Cash discount for all treatment paid in full at the time of each visit.
- We accept MasterCard and Visa (no discount is extended)
- We can apply any portion of the patient balance on the credit card listed above with the remaining patient balance paid in 3 easy monthly payments with no interest.
- We can offer in-house financing up to 90 days same as cash.

- Upon approved credit, Care Credit financing may also be offered.
- Any financial arrangement which has been accepted but not fulfilled by the patient as agreed, will be considered null and void and the entire balance will be due in full immediately unless the patient contacts our billing department to arrange a mutually acceptable payment plan.If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact us at
