Have you ever wondered about your options for whitening your teeth? Hate the idea of giving up your coffee for a whiter smile? Have no fear! Today we’re explaining the three options from our office that you have for creating that brighter smile!
1. Zoom Whitening
Zoom whitening is an in-office procedure that provides effective, timely teeth whitening. It is a great option, especially if you are looking for quick results, such as for a special event.
2. Custom Whitening Trays
Custom whitening trays are created for you by our dentist to fit snuggly to your teeth. You will then use them at home with professional whitening gel to whiten teeth as you wish. While the results are not quite as fast as with Zoom, they are very effective and a good option for many patients.
3. Non-Custom Whitening Trays
Non-custom whitening trays work similarly to the custom ones, but they are not molded to your particular teeth. Instead, they are a generic arch shape that fits over many patients’ teeth. Like the custom trays, they come from our office. You would use them at home with professional whitening gel to get your desired whitening results.
Dental Product We’re Loving:
If you are not in a rush to whiten your teeth, Crest White Strips are a great over the counter option. The strips contain a lower concentration of the professional whitening gel. It is just as effective, but takes longer to get the same result.
