Schedule Your Appointment

Call our office today at 1-509-536-8888 to schedule your appointment! Or you can submit an appointment request via our website (click here!) and one of our friendly office staff members will be in touch with you to get you scheduled!

Make a List

Before your appointment, it can be helpful to write out a list of questions or concerns about your oral health. That way, you won’t forget to ask them! Some items to address with our dentist are:

  1. Any pain or discomfort you are experiencing in your teeth, gums, or other parts of your mouth. Pay attention to the location of this pain, as it can be very helpful!
  2. Any cosmetic concerns that you might have, such as whitening or straightening
  3. Teeth grinding that you’ve noticed
  4. Questions about brushing and flossing techniques or habits
  5. Questions about any specific dental products or tools (such as which ones our dentist recommends or how to use something)

Confirm Your Appointment

At Dental Clinique Spokane, we will give you a reminder call 2-4 days ahead of your appointment. Please also feel free to call our office if you have any questions regarding your upcoming appointment! Keeping your appointment as scheduled is important!

Insurance and Payment

Make sure you bring your insurance card(s) and form(s) of payment to your appointment. This makes the process of submitting insurance claims much smoother for all parties involved, you included!

Medical Information

If you are a new patient, please come to your appointment prepared to fill out a new patient intake form. This form will include a medical information questionnaire about your pertinent medical history and list of current medications. For returning patients, please let our front desk staff know during check-in if you need to make any updates to your medical history form or contact information.

During Your Dental Exam

You will have time during your exam to talk with Dr. Sheahan about your questions and concerns. She is happy to address any and all concerns with you about your dental health!

Schedule Your Next Appointment

If you have a recommended treatment plan presentation or need additional treatment, please schedule your appointment at our front desk on your way out. If you don’t need additional treatment, we strongly recommend you schedule your next 3 or 6 month recare dental appointment on your way out. This helps keep you on track for your best oral health!
